Great News in the last few days! A number of listings have been put under contract recently in several geographic regions of the valley: A wonderful home in Wilson Meadows (listed at $1,595,000) just went under contract after several aggressive price reductions. A spectacular home at Spring Creek Ranch (listed at $6,000,000) went under contract in less than one month. A lovely 4Br single family home in Rafter J Ranch (listed at $647,000) went under contract in just a few days after having hit the market.  A home on Saddle Butte (listed for $4,950,00) went under contract after a seller’s price reduction. Between some adjusted list prices and increased consumer confidence (Stock Market perhaps?) there’s some increased activity in Jackson Hole Real Estate market. There are many JH choices and it continues to be a Buyer’s Market especially while interest rates are still as low as they are today.
