A number of listings have been put under contract recently in several geographic regions of the valley: A wonderful home in Wilson Meadows (listed at $1,595,000) just went under contract after several aggressive price reductions. A spectacular home at Spring Creek Ranch (listed at $6,000,000) went under contract in less than one month. A lovely 4Br single family home in Rafter J Ranch (listed at $647,000) went under contract in just a few days after having hit the market.  A home on Saddle Butte (listed for $4,950,00) went under contract after a seller&#8217;s price reduction. Between some adjusted list prices and increased consumer confidence (Stock Market perhaps?) there&#8217;s some increased activity in Jackson Hole Real Estate market. There are many JH choices and it continues to be a Buyer&#8217;s Market especially while interest rates are still as low as they are today.</p>
