Positive pending sales are showing signs of a moving real estate market in Jackson Hole, but inventory continues to climb. We have 85 new listings in June compared to 80 in May and 46 in April. There were 190 vacant sites for sale one month ago and now we have 223 from which to choices. Buyers have Choices! Over the last ten days there have been several significant pending sales.
