The attached site plan shows the three buildings in existence. It also shows the placement of a future indoor arena and the general placement of the main house. Water lines have been laid to irrigate the west pastures and the north pasture. I believe the well to be 140 ft. deep with a screened 3 hp variable pump. Pressure tank is located in the crawl space of the bunk house. Electric and water are installed to the bunk house and the barn. There is a 2x4 between the east side of the barn and the hay/storage shed that marks the location of the electric line to the hay/storage shed.
