Overall Summary Description of Property
The main building was originally built in 1995 (previous owner) using energy efficient wood fiber concrete blocks (cool in summer/warm in winter). The building was designed with strategic eave overhangs for maximum solar gain in winter and minimum gain in summer, an engineered truss system (cathedral ceilings) for maximum snow loads, super insulated roof panels, hydronic floor heat in slab (served via two separate boilers) and metal roof.
The current owners purchased the property in 1997 and immediately commenced a series of changes and upgrading (internal & external) to suit their periodic use of the property.
