Here are some details of Granite Ridge property: 1. The well was existing before the property was divided. The well was further developed by Vollmer Well Drilling. The estimated depth is 200+. It was designed with a 4" water main, with 1-1/4' service line to each property. There is a hydrant at the North end of the properties to blow out if needed. I believe there is also a fire house connection at the end of main also. No recent testing has been done. 2. There is electric to each individual property. There might be a vault that splits lots to be shared also. The fiber was run also and i believe other owners have high speed fiber now. So fiber is available at lot line. 3. The original developer excavated building pads on each lot that the vegetation has grown over. The developer did this in areas which he thought was best for each building lot. 4. There is no Pro Forma available at this time. I believe that the realtor who had this property for sale prior, had buyers if lots were sold individually. Owner has held firm on selling in a whole.
